One page, not forty. If you haven't connected, you get your money back within 7 days of purchase.

Before you connect

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has never connected to a network at your destination. Message us on chat or reply to your order email — refunds go back to your original payment method.

If it never worked

If the eSIM never worked and our support team can't get you online together, you get a full refund — even past the 7-day window.

After you've used data

Once data has been used we can't refund — carriers bill us the moment you connect. We say this before you buy, not after.

Top-ups

Top-ups follow the same rules as plans. Unused top-ups on a never-connected eSIM are refundable within 7 days.
