I've landed and have no data

Nine times out of ten this is a thirty-second settings fix, not a broken eSIM. Work down this list in order — and if you're still offline at the end, a human on chat will sort it with you.

Check the Awin line is actually on

Settings → Mobile (or SIM manager on Samsung). The Awin eSIM should be toggled on, and Mobile Data should be set to the Awin line — not your home SIM.

Turn on Data Roaming — for the Awin line only

This is the one everyone skips. It's prepaid, so roaming on this line can't cost you anything extra. Your home SIM's roaming can stay off.

Flick aeroplane mode on and off

Ten seconds in, ten seconds out. It forces your phone to re-introduce itself to the local network — fixes most stubborn connections.

Pick the network manually

Settings → Mobile → Network Selection: turn off Automatic and choose the carrier named on your plan card. Give it a minute to register.
